What data do we collect?
We collect the following personal identification information:
- full name
- email address
- institution name
- research group name
How do we collect your data?
You provide us with personal data when you register to the Website or when you fill a contact form.
When you add a third-party authentication option to your account we receive your data (full name and email address) from your chosen authentication provider: Google or Facebook.
How will we use your data?
We collect your data so that We can:
- Verify your identity
- Send you email messages about your actions and account management: for example when you post a Puzzle solution or fill a password reset form
- Send you email notifications about ongoing Puzzles - only if you agree to join the mailing list
- Respond to your inquiry via email - if you fill the contact form
How long will we keep your personal information?
When you use a contact form we store your personal information no longer than it’s necessary to finish the communication with you.
When you register to the Website we store your personal information for the whole time your account is active in the system.
